It has a
processing capacity of around 4.500 Tons/year and a wine storage capacity
of around 5.000.000 litres.
Our 300 barrique ageing room has mostly French "Allier" oak barrels from
several cooperages, although there are quite a few American and Eastern
European oak barrels, too. This diversity helps us to shape each aged-wine’s
A 3.000 bottle per hour bottling line capable of filling several bottle formats
(with natural cork closure or “screw-cap” system) as well as “Bag-in-Box”
fillings in all capacities.
Equipped with a modern laboratory enabling us to carry out the relevant
analysis needed to ensure quality control throughout the various stages of
production from grape maturation control to harvesting, vinification, finishing
and bottling and also after-sale control of shelved wine.
